What part of the DC region is the artist tied to and how? Where is the artist's current home base if not DC : Arlington, VA

At least 3 interesting/entertaining facts about the band related to persons/events in Washington DC area: Last year, Sarah had a blast playing all the piano for a Ben Folds set at the 90's tribute show at IOTA. In May of this year, Kirk and Sarah played at a Code Pink / Stop the Gun Violence protest that was held in front of the White House - yup, we like to rock out for good causes & in unusual places! :-) Fun Fact: Both Kirk's dad and Sarah's dad are active musicians - both drummers! - in the D.C. area. Kirk's dad, Kirk Kubicek, Sr, i addition to being a preacher, plays regularly with the Grateful Dead tribute band, On The Bus. (Kirk often plays WITH his dad, double drum set, in On the Bus, as well!) Sarah's dad, Tom Fridrich, plays with several roots, blues, americana groups in the area, most notably, D.C.'s own Ruthie & The Wranglers.
