Story behind your band/artist name: We all like NASA and science, etc., so this is kind of a play on rockets, the opposite of reentry vehicles, something like that.
Band Members: Brian Polon, guitar. Adam Polon, bass guitar. Jacob McLocklin, drums. Brian Easley, vocals.
What part of the DC region is the artist tied to and how? Where is the artist's current home base if not DC : The band has been based in DC since 2013, and lived there even longer. Two live in on Arlington side, one in Shaw neighborhood of DC, singer recently moved to Louisville, KY but comes back for shows and to record.
At least 3 interesting/entertaining facts about the band related to persons/events in Washington DC area: Steve Lambert of DC9/R&R Hotel gave us our start in November 2013 at DC9. We were the first indie rock band to play Smith Public Trust in Brookland. OUR singer used to live a block from the TONE practice space, just north of Columbia Heights, and hearing them practice led him to want to join a band.
